ABOUT US - David Elstein

David Elstein is chairman of Sparrowhawk Media, which owns the UK and international versions of the Hallmark Channel. He is also chairman of the British Screen Advisory Council, Luther Pendragon Ltd, Screen Digest Ltd, DCD Media plc and Sports Network Group plc, and is a non-executive director of NTL Inc. David Elstein was Chief Executive of Channel Five from 1996 to 2000, and was previously Head of Programming at BSkyB and Director of Programmes at Thames Television.
